Outside the triad of time: past, present and future.
Eternity as unlimited temporality or eternity as timelessness?
Anaximander of Miletus held that the unlimited is the beginning of all things, that is, all things are derived from the infinite substances and become infinite again when their period of existence is complete.
Does eternity imply immortality? Does an afterlife exist?
Does eternity take place in a spiritual realm or do we begin the life cycle over and over again into this world?
